Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
LS2 MOTOGEAR EUROPE S.L.U. will be responsible for the processing of the personal data of those PEOPLE who have created a profile on any of its social networks, and such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing
To maintain a relationship between the USER and LS2 MOTOGEAR EUROPE S.L.U. (hereinafter the RESPONSIBLE), which may include the following operations:
Handle requests and inquiries made to the controller
Inform about activities and events organized by the controller
Inform about products or services offered by the controller
Interact through official profiles
When the RESPONSIBLE collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS will be informed about the purpose of the data collection, as well as about their rights concerning their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the stated purposes and will be kept securely.
Legal Basis for Processing:
The explicit consent given by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Additionally, the USER can always access the privacy policies of the social network and configure their profile to ensure privacy.
How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept as long as the USER does not withdraw their consent as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Data communication:
The information provided by the USER through the social networks of the RESPONSIBLE, including their personal data, may be published, depending on the services the USER uses, and may be publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public, view the permissions granted, remove or disable them, as well as any third-party applications they no longer wish to use.
No data communication to third parties outside the social network is planned unless necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by the current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
Right to file a complaint with the control authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The RESPONSIBLE will carry out the following actions:
Access public information on the profile.
Post on the USER's profile any information already published on the RESPONSIBLE's social network.
Send private and individual messages through social network channels.
Publish page updates on the USER's profile.
The USER can always control their connections, remove content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share their connections with; to do this, they must access their settings, where they will find various configuration options related to the privacy level of their user profile on the social network.
3. PUBLICATIONS
The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and disseminate the activities carried out by the RESPONSIBLE. These tools store personal data on the servers of their respective services and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Once the USER follows or joins the RESPONSIBLE's social network, they may post comments, links, images, photos, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the network. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the content published, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
It is expressly forbidden to publish on the social network any text, graphics, photos, videos, etc. that infringe or violate morality, ethics, good taste, decency, or intellectual or industrial property rights, or that violate the law. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content or comments will not be tolerated on the company's profiles. The company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block the responsible users.
In such cases, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The RESPONSIBLE will not be liable for content freely posted by the USER.
The USER must remember that their publications will be known by other users, so they themselves are the primary responsible for their privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE, but they will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES
It is recommended to review and read the terms of use and privacy policies of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for doing so.
The RESPONSIBLE will be expressly exempt from any liability arising from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities, whose access should be supervised and controlled by their legal representatives.
The RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social network profiles and/or our website.
